Ridegain — Account and Data Deletion

Last updated: August 10, 2026 · App: Ridegain (com.ridegain.app) · Developer: Ridegain

This page explains how to delete your Ridegain account and the data associated with it. See also our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account from within the App

  1. Open the Ridegain app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open the Account section (you must be signed in).
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately. Your Strava authorization is revoked at the same time, and the training data held on that device is erased as well.

Requesting deletion by email

If you can no longer access the App, email mitkcycling@gmail.com from the address associated with the Google account you used to sign in, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will process the request and confirm by reply, normally within 30 days.
